When did you start working in the company? What were your previous experiences?

Before joining Symrise Aqua Feed in 2022, I obtained a degree in occupational health engineering and worked for three years as a safety manager in the medical equipment industry.
It's a very high-quality company. With exceptional treatment from the staff, a year after my arrival I can see all my evolution and learning. It's been a year of constant growth.

Could you describe your job?

My job is extremely important within the company : I'm responsible for looking after and helping my colleagues to use all the PPE correctly, in line with the plant's risk management and task assessment in the different areas.

Could you tell us what is a typical day as a security leader?

A typical day in the department consists of plant tours as part of safety visits to check that everything is running smoothly, office work, daily meetings with the maintenance, quality and production departments to brief us on plant operations, and day-to-day tasks.

What has your experience at Symrise Aqua Feed been so far?

I have learned a lot since I joined Aqua Feed, I've grown steadily and I am still learning more and more every day.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I really like being able to do my job and give work tools to my colleagues for their benefit and having good intrapersonal relationships with them. Also, to be able to grow professionally in my field and acquire knowledge every day, there's always something new to learn.

What are your passions in life?

It's a very difficult question to answer, but I'm passionate about reading, wanting to succeed professionally or personally. I also like spending quality time with my family, my husband and God.

Could you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I don't like to cook and I'm married.
