When did you start working in the company? What were your previous experiences (evolution in the company or outside)? 

I started working for Symrise Aqua Feed in July 2022. Before joining the company, I was a lecturer at a university, teaching pollution management and environmental science. 
 

Could you describe your job? 

My job is to sell marine functional ingredients for use in fish and shrimp feed to improve palatability, health and nutrition. 
 

Could you tell us what is a typical day as a sales manager? 

I communicate with ‘customers’ (previous, existing and prospective). Sometimes I visit them when I have news about the company or when they have new projects. After analysing their expectations, I suggest the right product to meet them and provide them with the best service and support. I'm also always on hand to respond to customers' requests or concerns, and I make offers, give demonstrations or presentations, and maintain customer relations. 
 

What has your experience at Symrise Aqua Feed been so far? 

I'm very impressed and blessed to have worked here so far. Everyone helps each other, even though we're so far apart. 
 

What do you enjoy most about your job? 

I'm confident in selling products whose details have been approved in the past and in trials, and which have strong support from the team. I like to tell customers the story of our company, our activities and above all how our products can improve the performance of their feed. 
 

What are your passions in life? 

I value my family, my work and my personal life. As far as my family is concerned, I'm the mother of three children, so my passion is to take care of them to ensure they grow up well! For my work, I'd like to gain the trust of customers, try to increase my budget and be professional. In my personal life, I enjoy travelling, eating, listening to music and gardening. 
 

Could you tell us a fun fact about yourself? 

I never thought that one day I would become a salesperson in a sales position. I was a university lecturer for nearly 20 years, living a simple life and looking for something more challenging. Since I joined Symrise Aqua Feed two years ago, there is never a day that goes by plainly anymore!!
