When did you start working in the company? What were your previous experiences (evolution in the company or outside)?

I have started working with Symrise Aqua Feed & Symrise Pet Food in Thailand since 2011. Before joining Symrise, I had been working as lead auditor for ISO certification for more than a year and then, working with Intermarche as Supplier Quality assurance for almost 3 years.
After that, I worked as Assistance Procurement Director at Pfizer Thailand for another 3 years. Since then, I moved from Pfizer to Symrise.

Could you describe your job?

My role position are divided into 4 parts:

1. Quality Assurance, and Quality system for the product and production.
2. Technical support for sales in terms of product quality. I help to provide the Hazard risk input for the new BOA.
3. Vendor assurance to qualify the new supplier, maintain the quality of current supplier to ensure the quality of raw material and ingredient.
4. Regulatory input, support, validation and compliance with the local regulation and exporting country regulation. Attending the local association in order to get updated about the situation and connect with the local authority.

Could you tell us what is a typical day as a « QFS and Regulatory Affairs Manager »?

A typical day involves lots of meetings due to input what's needed from quality point of view and regulatory point of view. I also supervise the quality issues and support to find the solution. Then, I accompany on any regulatory problem related to import export and product registration.

How has your experience at Symrise Aqua Feed been so far?

It is very challenging as we have different mind set and perception from customer. With the APAC Director, we strive to find the best outcome in our work. There is also a good support and a great team spirit from Symrise Global and with the local team.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I enjoy discussing with the team and sharing ideas to find the most suitable solution to make it done well.

What are your passions in life?

My first passion in life is to make my family happy and make sure they are in good health.
My second passion will be to be successful in my job and enjoy it together with the team.

Could you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

I love cooking as a hobby, it is the kind of activities where my son and my husband like taking part of. Also, my son loves eating.
