Could you describe your job?

As a HRBP, I am in charge of recruiting, and keeping employees informed of company policies and new developments in the business.

When did you join the company?

I started working at Symrise in March 2011.

Prior to that, I worked as a Secretary to the MD & Sales Coordinator for Overseas customers, Burapa Steel Co., Ltd, after achieving a Bachelor ‘s degree in International Business Management.

Could you tell us what is a typical day as an “HRBP”?

First, I like to start each day by going over my schedule to make sure any calls or meetings I have are top of mind, and I get any prep work for those done. Then, I usually answer my emails, and of course greeting staff and take the opportunity to observe and make sure if everyone is ok or look if anyone needs help.

What has your experience at Symrise Aqua Feed been so far?

I have a great experience working with the Symrise Aqua Feed team, who has always been full of understanding, support, and energy.

What do you enjoy the most about your job?

What I like the most is that it’s constantly growing and changing, to work compliance with new laws and legislation to technology and employees’ expectations. It’s never boring and always challenging.

What are your passions in life?

To dream about having a small house surrounded by a big family with fields as far as the eye can see.

Could you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

What often surprise people is that I’m able to sleep anytime, at any place, no matter what the temperature is.
