Could you describe your job?

I am in charge of supervising all plant resources (technicians and people) in order to achieve the results of the production plan in an efficient way.

Additionally, I am the support for quality issues and recordings.

When did you join the company?

Previously, I have been working in the quality area of Kentucky Fried Chicken and Cargill.

In March 2017, I joined Symrise Aqua Feed and I started as a Quality Technician. Today, I have been part of the production zone for two and a half years.

Could you tell us what is a typical day as a “Business Development Manager”?

I have several different tasks to do in one day:

• Receive outgoing PE shift with a round on the floor updating status
• Review the production plan
• Review the log files and the daily indicators
• Meeting with the entire team, by area and give them the instructions to be followed
• Communication with the maintenance team

What has your experience at Symrise Aqua Feed been so far?

Symrise Aqua Feed has been a school for me. I have learned so much about the aquaculture world and the production processes that it entails.

What do you enjoy the most about your job?

Every day is a challenge and I appreciate sharing ideas with other people.

What are your passions in life?

Photography is my main passion. I like to take pictures of nature and portraits from different periods of life.

I also like to travel around the world, recharge my batteries in the forest or in the mountains and practice crossfit.

Could you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

When I'm alone driving, I like to sing out loud.
