Could you describe your job?

As a Plant Manager, I oversee the overall activity of Symrise Aqua Feed’s Thai production, maintenance, supply chain and capex.

When did you join the company?

I joined the Symrise team in September 2009. Before that, I used to work as a WCM Improvement Engineer for Thai Gypsum Productions Pcl.

Could you tell us what is a typical day as a “Plant Manager”?

As far as the teams are concerned, I am in charge of coordination and problem solving. But I also have to make sure that costs are well managed within the plant.

What has your experience at Symrise Aqua Feed been so far?

It's been a great experience from day one. I love sharing and learning from inspiring people and developing new products with new raw materials will always amaze me.

What do you enjoy the most about your job?

What I like most at Symrise Aqua Feed is the diversity of activities, but also the involvement of the team.

What are your passions in life?

My main passion is to focus to peace in life.

Could you tell us a fun fact about yourself?

Some days are so busy that people can sometimes think that I am absent-minded.
